The SMG API interface reaches the same portals as the classic SMG FTP feed (Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox) but uses an HTTP API instead of an FTP drop. You authenticate with your broker number (Agency ID) and an API key that SMG issues when your API contract is activated.
Setup
Studio Settings → Integrations → SMG API → enter FTP credentials → connect. From there on, every listing you create is published automatically and every inquiry routes back to your inbox.
