Newhome is the property portal owned and operated jointly by the Swiss cantonal banks. Founded in 2001, it covers all of Switzerland and is one of the country's three major listing destinations alongside Homegate and ImmoScout24. For brokers, newhome runs on a paid subscription model (FLEX) which unlocks the data-import interface. A single FLEX contract publishes your listings to newhome.ch and its mobile apps, with optional add-ons for promoted placements.
Mise en place
Paramètres Studio → Intégrations → Newhome → saisir les identifiants FTP → connecter. Dès lors, chaque nouvelle annonce est publiée automatiquement et chaque demande arrive dans ta boîte de réception.
