Flatfox is a Zürich-based property platform founded in 2017, focused on rental listings with a strong digital-first product (in-app messenger, scheduling, application management). It's part of SMG (Swiss Marketplace Group) since 2021 alongside Homegate and ImmoScout24. For brokers, Flatfox is one of the few major Swiss portals with a self-serve API — you generate a key in your account settings without a sales call. Listings on Flatfox are free for private landlords; agencies typically use a paid agency package or connect through an SMG contract.
Setup
Studio Settings → Integrations → SMG → enter FTP credentials → connect. From there on, every listing you create is published automatically and every inquiry routes back to your inbox.
