Homegate is Switzerland's largest real estate marketplace, founded in 2001. It quotes 9 million visits per month and is the most-used portal for both rental and sale listings nationwide. Homegate is part of SMG (Swiss Marketplace Group), which also operates ImmoScout24, Flatfox, and a long tail of Swiss listing destinations. A single SMG broker contract publishes to all of them — agencies don't manage separate Homegate, ImmoScout24, and Flatfox credentials.
Setup
Studio Settings → Integrations → SMG → enter FTP credentials → connect. From there on, every listing you create is published automatically and every inquiry routes back to your inbox.
